Magnify Sandhurst combines evidence-based practices in teaching and learning to support each student's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

The Magnify program focuses on strengthening core areas like literacy and numeracy, building supportive classroom environments, and integrating Catholic values in daily learning.

We are committed to improving outcomes and providing a program where every student can flourish, inspired by the mantra, "Every Student, Every Teacher, Every School, Every Day!"

Find out more by listening to the "Magnify Matters" podcast.

Semester Reports are completed twice a year, with comments and progression points for the Victorian Curriculum.

Parent-teacher Conferences, usually held in Term 1 and Term 3, are opportunities for a face-to-face chat with the teacher about your child’s progress.

Ongoing assessments are done several times each term, across the curriculum, and sent to parents through our Parent Access Module (PAM) with a sample of work and a comment, so you can see progress in real time.

Curriculum – low variance, high engagement resources form the base of our curriculum.

Foundation to Year 2 literacy learning is taught with a synthetic phonics program called InitiaiLit.

Foundation to Year 6 Mathematics, Science and Humanities and Year 3 – 6 Literacy are resourced through Ochre Education. These resources are used throughout Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited. The resources are engaging and structured, with content and assessments that align with the Victorian curriculum.
